FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due at time of each session and a receipt will be provided for each payment.

All major credit cards, cash, cheque and debit are accepted for payment. We do not provide direct billing to insurances.

If you are unable to attend a session or need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. The following charges apply to cancellation:

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the rate of the session;​

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full session fee.

You may be eligible for full or part of coverage of counselling fees through your extended health benefits. We recommend that you check with your insurance coverage for counselling services provided by Registered Clinical Social Worker with a Masters level of education. Also, counselling service fees may be claimed as tax deductible health care expenses on your income tax return.
